Lynda Dunlop is a senior lecturer in science education in the University of York Science Education Group. With a background in teaching in schools in the U.K. and internationally, her research focuses on the philosophical, political and environmental dimensions of science education, as well as on public engagement with new science. She is co-lead of the 2021 British Educational Research Association Research Commission, which takes a participatory and inclusive approach to understanding youth and teacher perspectives on education for environmental sustainability.
